A super precise GPS?

Do you know that you can get a precise GPS measurement by using a well-known common technology called Differential GPS("DGPS"). Fret not, you do not need to buy expensive devices to enjoy this. You just need a normal GPS and send the GPS data back to a GPS server that is capable to do post processing. Eventually, the GPS server will calculate the data as per below:

Rover Station is the GPS unit that is moving whereas Base Station is a fixed non moving unit. Oh yeah, Base Station will be provided by Pipeline Network but there is a minor change to this as (3) and (4) will be done at a GPS server(also provided by Pipeline Network). A final calculated information will be sent back to the Rover Station.
